Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for products with visible damage or defects.
- To initiate a return, please provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing showing the damage.
- Return requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.
- Upon approval of your return, we will arrange a free return pickup and process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the item.

2. Exchange Policy
- Damaged products are eligible for exchange at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
- For ring size exchanges, a minimal fee of INR 100 will be charged (for deliveries within India).
- Exchanges for sale items are allowed only with products from the same sale period.

3. Important Notes
- COD orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.
- Items returned without proper unboxing proof or outside the return window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after return approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of undelivered shipments due to incorrect address details.

5. Undelivered Shipments (RTO)
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
